1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the a0999 website accessible at a0999.io and all associated services, products, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the a0999 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration with a0999.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's a0999 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, or promotional awards granted to a Player's Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online betting or casino services is unlawful or restricted by applicable law.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process applied by a0999 in accordance with responsible gaming and platform integrity requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the a0999 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and a0999 and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements relating to your use of the Platform.

You further confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, and that you understand and accept the financial risks associated with online betting and casino gaming.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the a0999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. a0999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending successful age verification.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to hold and use an a0999 Account:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal form.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any a0999 employee, contractor, or game provider partner.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable to your location.

a0999 uses a KYC process to verify the identity and age of all Players. Acceptable identity documents include National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. a0999 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail KYC verification within the required timeframe will be suspended, and pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of a0999 services, you must register a personal Account through the registration process available at a0999.io. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to notify a0999 promptly of any changes to this information by contacting support at a0999.io.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• a0999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Accounts.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact a0999 support immediately to request an account freeze.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

a0999 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed at the time of deposit. a0999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used must belong to and be registered in the name of the Account holder.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of the selected payment method and any Platform-level limits communicated at the time of deposit.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the a0999 Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Deposit fees: a0999 does not charge fees on deposits. Payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which a0999 accepts no liability.
• a0999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed thresholds determined by the Platform's internal risk controls.

Funds deposited into your a0999 Account are held in your Balance and are available for betting, casino gaming, and other Platform activities immediately upon credit. Deposited funds do not earn interest.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your a0999 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering and to protect Player funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC process. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is confirmed.
• Processing time: Verified withdrawal requests are processed by a0999 within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Funds typically arrive in the Player's mobile wallet within the same business day.
• Wagering requirement: Where a withdrawal includes Bonus Funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before those funds can be withdrawn. Real-money Balance (deposited funds and associated winnings) that are not derived from Bonus activity may be withdrawn without wagering requirements.
• a0999 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where enhanced due diligence is required, including requests for additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

a0999 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible markets, and expiry dates. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have completed the KYC process and who have not previously self-excluded from the Platform.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable; only winnings generated from free bets (above the stake) are credited as real-money Balance.
• a0999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in promotions is limited to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using separate accounts will be treated as a duplicate account violation.
• Bonus funds and free bets cannot be transferred between accounts.

a0999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Any Player found to have exploited promotional mechanics, used software to generate artificially low-risk wagering patterns, or engaged in any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk will have their bonus funds forfeited and their Account reviewed for further action.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the a0999 sportsbook are subject to the a0999 Sports Betting Rules, which govern market settlement, void bet conditions, in-play betting conduct, and the handling of postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled events. The following general principles apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• A bet is accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed by the a0999 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Pending bets may be cancelled by the system if odds change materially before confirmation is processed.
• a0999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at its discretion, including imposing individual account betting limits where appropriate.
• Bets accepted in manifest error — including bets offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error or human input error — may be voided by a0999 regardless of the outcome. Players will be notified of any such void and the stake will be returned.
• In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events (wickets, goals, set changes, timeouts). Bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected.
• Cricket markets on a0999 include BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, ICC, BCB).
• In the event of a match being abandoned before a result can be determined under the relevant competition rules, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

The decision of a0999's trading and risk management team on all matters of bet settlement is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 18 of these Terms.

9 Casino & Games Rules

The a0999 Casino section, including live casino tables, slots, jackpot games, and exclusive titles such as Monster Mine, is governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the respective game supplier. In all cases, the game supplier's certified game rules take precedence over any general description published by a0999. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• All casino games available on a0999 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats, both of which are independently certified by the respective game provider's testing laboratory.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set at the game level by the provider and are not modified by a0999. Theoretical RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or incomplete game round, the game engine's server-side record of the game state at the point of disconnection shall be the authoritative record for settlement purposes.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or game rounds. Where a game's maximum win is reached, the game round concludes at that amount. Players are advised to check individual game rules for applicable win caps.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. a0999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the authenticity of the win and the eligibility of the Account before processing jackpot withdrawals.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a0999 Platform. a0999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold funds pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other Players using standard browsers.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets at a0999 and at other operators simultaneously to guarantee a risk-free profit by exploiting pricing discrepancies.
• Collusion between Players to influence the outcome of a betting market or casino game, including chip dumping in poker or table game variants.
• Exploitation of software errors, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds or to generate winnings from a malfunctioning game.
• Opening more than one Account (duplicate accounts), or using another person's Account or payment credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or other Players' experiences.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

a0999 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, engagement in prohibited conduct, or at the Player's own request.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, a0999 will take reasonable steps to notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond. Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account that was derived from legitimate deposited funds (not Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, unless the funds are required to be retained under applicable law or are subject to a withholding determination under Section 10.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting a0999 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who close their Account under a self-exclusion request (see Section 12) may not reopen the Account during the self-exclusion period.

12 Responsible Gaming

a0999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their betting and gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for any defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets or wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets or the limit is increased after the cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players can set time alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting a0999 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, the Account cannot be used to place any bet or wager, and promotional communications will be suppressed.

a0999 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and supports efforts to prevent underage gambling. If you are aware of a minor accessing the a0999 Platform, please report this to support immediately.

13 Intellectual Property

All content published on the a0999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, audio, and video content, is the property of a0999 or its content and game provider partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of a0999.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, index, or systematically collect data from the Platform, or to frame the Platform's content within another website.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a0999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

a0999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a0999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. a0999 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or internet connectivity issues outside of a0999's control.

15 Privacy & Data

a0999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at a0999.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

a0999 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between the Player's browser and a0999's servers. Account credentials are stored using appropriate cryptographic techniques. a0999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.

16 Amendments to Terms

a0999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, a0999 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting a0999 support. a0999 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

17 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. a0999 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online betting in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

18 Contact & Disputes

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process, a0999 will escalate the matter to its internal disputes resolution team. The decision of the disputes resolution team shall be final and binding, subject only to any rights you hold under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
